THE DINA METHOD™

Pilates Teacher Training

Honoring the Foundation. Inspiring the Future.

The Dina Method™ Teacher Training is rooted in authentic Pilates and designed to develop thoughtful, observant, confident teachers—not simply instructors who memorize exercises and cues.

Through comprehensive education, hands-on practice, observation, and mentorship, teachers learn not only what to teach, but why—and how to see and teach the person in front of them.

Eyes on. Ears on. Hands on.

Honoring the Foundation, Inspiring the Future

"We believe authentic Pilates deserves to be preserved through thoughtful education, compassionate mentorship, and a lifelong commitment to learning. Every movement has a purpose. Every person deserves to be seen. Every educator has the responsibility to carry the Method forward with intention and integrity."

THE TRAINING

Learn the Method. Understand the Why. Learn to See.

The Dina Method™ Teacher Training goes beyond learning an exercise repertoire. Trainees develop an understanding of movement, anatomy, observation, cueing, hands-on guidance, programming, and the purpose behind the Pilates work.

Through an intimate and highly personalized, immersive, experiential educational experience, teachers learn to observe the whole person, recognize movement patterns, and make thoughtful choices based on the individual in front of them.

See the person before the exercise. Individualize within a group.
